Kathleen McIntyre
Kathleen McIntyre, LCSWA, is a somatic and nature-based therapist who supports individuals navigating trauma, chronic stress, and disconnection. Her work integrates evidence-based somatic modalities, mindfulness practices, IFS-informed parts work, and nature-based interventions. With a trauma-informed, body-centered approach, Kathleen helps clients build regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection within themselves and their lives.
Kathleen works with adolescents and adults in individual therapy. Her clinical interests include post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and life transitions.
Therapy with Kathleen offers a supportive and restorative space where the body is understood as wise and meaning-making, holding important truths about lived experience. By tuning into the body’s signals and patterns, therapy becomes a way to access guidance, support healing, and restore a sense of safety and agency.
This work is intentional and paced to support nervous system regulation and integration. Kathleen’s role is to provide a steady presence, practical tools, and collaborative support as you move toward greater ease, stability, and self-understanding.
